RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something is not right, you may return your order under the conditions described below. Please read this policy carefully, as it forms part of the conditions accepted at the time of purchase.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags and packaging
  • The item may only show signs of normal handling (trying on is allowed, wearing is not)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not accepted
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear or similar items) cannot be returned
  • Hygiene-related items must be carefully cleaned before return
  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning the majority of items are not accepted

If an item arrives damaged or defective, this must be reported immediately upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.


How to Initiate a Return

Returns may only be initiated after delivery of your order.

It is not possible to cancel or recall a package while it is in transit.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item (mandatory in case of damage)

Once your request has been approved, you will receive the correct return address.

Please do not return items to the sender’s address listed on the package. Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address cannot be processed.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse, which may be located in Asia.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.


Return Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Due to international shipping distances, return costs may vary between $25 and $40 USD or more, depending on the location and package size
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email whether your return has been approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within up to 30 business days
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost
  • If the issue occurs again with the replacement shipment, a full refund will be issued

Please contact us immediately and include a photo of the issue.


Order Cancellation

Due to our automated processing system, orders are processed immediately after purchase.

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase
  • After this period, your order may already be in preparation or transit and can no longer be canceled
  • In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy

This system ensures accurate inventory management and reliable order tracking.


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error remain the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
