Shipping Method & Delivery Time

- Depending on availability and destination, packages may be delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, or another trusted logistics partner
- Estimated delivery time after processing: 5 to 15 business days

Sunny Shore Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary between countries and regions. Refusal to pay required import fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned, in which case no refund can be issued.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Delivered but Not Received
Once tracking confirms that the order has been delivered to the provided address, the order is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking the shipping address listed in your confirmation email
- Asking neighbors, household members, or building management
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for detailed delivery information
While we cannot replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will gladly assist you by providing tracking information and helping you open an investigation with the carrier.
